Here’s another fun recipe from The Forest Feast Cookbook! Aren’t these little guys so cute! Seriously such a winner at any dinner party. All you need is a bunch of asparagus, 1 sheet of puff pastry, parmesan, salt and pepper. We used pillsbury crescent roll dough which worked really well.
1. Cut the puff pastry into 1/4 inch strips
2. Wrap 1 pastry around each asparagus stalk
3. Arrange on a greased baking sheet
4. Sprinkle with parmesan, salt and pepper and bake at 357 degrees for 15 minutes
